Exmovere to Pursue Legal Remedies Against Horizon Health - 03-02-2010

MCLEAN, Va. -- (BUSINESS WIRE)

Exmovere Holdings, Inc. ("Exmovere" or the "Company") announced that it delivered written notice of monetary default to Horizon Health International Corp., which is traded on the OTC Pink Sheets as HZHI:PK ("Horizon" or the "Defaulting Party"), on February 22, 2010 (the "Default Notice") pursuant to that certain Definitive Agreement made November 20, 2009 between Horizon and Exmovere (the "Agreement").

The agreement granted Horizon an exclusive distribution agreement for Canada covering Exmovere’s Telepath and Chariot product lines.
